Shipping & Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@savvyminxx.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- All online sales from www.savvyminxx.com are valid for a full refund when received within14 days. Merchandise must have tags attached and be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

- We do not offer exchanges. Upon receiving your refund OR store credit you can then reorder your correct style, color, and size
- SAVVYMINXX is not responsible for lost or missing packages. Orders may not be modified or changed once they are shipped. For any questions regarding tracking the customer is responsible for contacting the shipper for further details and/or open a claim
- Returns may take up to 7-10 business days to process (thank you for your patience)
